This agreement is made between you (the Player) and self-employed individual (professional income tax payer) Alexander Valerievich Danilov, Taxpayer ID (INN) 500507015255 (hereinafter, “we”) regarding the use of the mobile game “Lisiy Hutor” (hereinafter, the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Game.
The Game is intended for players over 12 years of age.
The Game can be played for free. If optional purchases appear in the Game, their terms will be published on the website before they are launched.
Coins, harvests, buildings, decor, trophies, badges and other in-game items are part of the Game. You receive the right to use them within the Game, but you do not own them. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or sold outside the Game.
Be kind in the town, in the chat and on other players’ farms. It is not allowed to: insult or harass other players; post obscene content, advertising or other people’s personal data; choose offensive farm names; inflate ratings (including from multiple accounts); use cheats, bots, modified versions of the Game, bugs and vulnerabilities; interfere with the operation of the server; sell accounts.
For violations, we may delete messages and ratings, reset a farm name, temporarily ban someone from the chat, cancel unfairly obtained rewards, restrict access to the Game or block an account. You can report an offender directly in the Game or write to us: support@lisiy-hutor.ru.
The Game is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running without failures, but we do not promise this. We may change the Game (balance, rewards, content, contest rules) and suspend its operation for maintenance. We are not liable for loss of progress caused by device or network failures or by deleting the Game, except in cases provided for by law.
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update this agreement. The new version is published on this page with its date. If you continue to play after the changes, it means that you accept them.
