This page explains how to delete your “Lisiy Hutor” game account and all data linked to it. Developer and data controller: self-employed individual (professional income tax payer) Alexander Valerievich Danilov, Taxpayer ID (INN) 500507015255.
How to delete your account
- Open the game → Profile (or the “Friends” window) and find your friend code — or just note your farm name.
- Email support@lisiy-hutor.ru with the subject “Account deletion” and include your friend code or farm name.
- We will confirm the request by email and delete the account and its data within 30 days.
If you no longer have access to the game (the app was removed or you changed phones), describe your farm name and the approximate date you last played — we will find the account.
What is deleted
- the game account and the random device identifier;
- your farm save: buildings, plots, decor, items, level, avatar outfits;
- farm name, avatar look, friends list, ratings, guestbook entries, guild membership;
- your chat messages and crash reports linked to the account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Database backups are kept for no longer than 14 days, after which the data is gone from them too.
- Anonymous statistics (such as the total number of players per day) cannot identify you and are not deleted.
- Records of rule violations (reports and moderator decisions) may be kept for up to 30 days so that an offender can't come right back.
